University Commencement in the stadium
An in person ceremony at the Stanford Stadium. We will have two ceremonies: one for advanced degree candidates on Saturday, June 12, at 9:30 a.m. PDT and one for the senior class of 2021 on Sunday, June 13, at 9:30 a.m. PDT

Advanced Degree Candidate Ceremony
Do graduates need to register in order to attend in person?
Yes, all graduates must register to participate in the in-person ceremony on their designated day. All eligible graduates were sent an email from the Stanford Athletics Ticket office on May 4, 2021, with information about how to register. Registration closed at noon PDT on Friday, May 7, 2021. Late registration is still possible.
What if I can’t attend in person? Will the ceremony be available virtually?
Yes. The ceremonies will be livestreamed on this website, and guests and graduates are encouraged to watch at home if they are unable to attend the in-person event. A complete recording of the ceremonies will be available on Stanford’s YouTube channel
following the event. The ceremonies will also be broadcast live on Stanford’s radio station KZSU 90.1FM and on kzsu.stanford.edu
. Other events throughout the weekend will be fully virtual.

Class of 2020-21 Yearbook
You've been invited to participate in a shared "yearbook" for the graduates of 2020-2021. You may create and edit your page any time after graduation and that you are under no obligation to participate. But we hope you will participate early, and that your page will highlight your unique experiences on campus and cherished memories with your cohort.

Your SUNet ID, access to Sherlock, and student email account are active for 120 days after degree conferral. Building access via your Stanford ID card is usually deactivated by the University the same date as your degree conferral. Graduating students may want to activate their alumni email account, which can be done at any time following three quarters of enrollment at Stanford.

Stanford's IT staff is responsible for setting up and administering Alumni Email. Stanford Customer Service continues to be the first point of contact for any problems that alums have with the service.
