Emily Fox selected for CZ Biohub Investigators

It was announced today that Professor Fox has been named to the second cohort of Chan Zuckerberg (CZ) Biohub Investigators, a unique community of dedicated scholars undertaking visionary research into some of the biggest challenges in biomedicine. Just 86 faculty members — 33 from Stanford, 53 from UCSF and Berkeley — representing a diverse range of disciplines were chosen from nearly 700 applicants through a competitive process judged by nationally recognized external reviewers and a blue-ribbon Selection Advisory Committee.
