Guan and Tibshirani selected for 2021 CJS Award

Leying Guan (PhD 2019, advisors Tibshirani and Wong) and Robert Tibshirani are the recipients of the 2021 Canadian Journal of Statistics Award for their article "Post model-fitting exploration via a 'Next Door' analysis". The Statistical Society of Canada recognizes this work as the best paper published in 2020 by the Canadian Journal of Statistics as evaluated on criteria of excellence, innovation and presentation. The award will be presented during the next SSC Annual Meeting, where these honored authors will be invited to present their paper at a special invited session.
