Stanford’s 2017 WiDS conference reaches a worldwide audience

Hosted by ICME, the second annual Women in Data Science Conference took place on February 3rd and again highlighted women doing amazing work in that field, in academia as well as industry. Susan Holmes was among the speakers, with a technical presentation about the ways statistical analysis can bias large data sets.
