Susan Holmes named to CASBS fellowship for 2017-18

The Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences offers their fellowship program to scholars working in a diverse range of disciplines that contribute to advancing research and thinking in social science, and encompasses the breadth of that arena in its scopeCASBS associate director Sally Schroeder remarked: "Fellows represent all that is great about this place. It's imperative that we continue to attract the highest quality, innovative thinkers, and we're confident we've reached that standard of excellence once again with the 2017-18 class."

During her fellowship, Professor Holmes will focus on the problem of reproducible research when using modern statistics and hopes to finish a book based on the "Thinking Matters" course she teaches, Breaking Codes and Finding Patterns.
