A Retirement Celebration for Ellen Van Stone

The Department of Statistics hopes to send Ellen off in high style with a very special lunchtime gathering. After 21 years of dedicated service to Stanford, both here and at the School of Medicine, she will start her well-earned retirement in early 2024 and make a new beginning in a whole new home! We appreciate all that Ellen has done to make this community the best it can be and wish her a wonderful journey to come!
